Terms of Use

By using Elite Dividend Tracker (“EDT”, “the App”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Elite Dividend Tracker, including its design, branding, user interface, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related assets, is the intellectual property of the creator of Elite Dividend Tracker.

All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or rehost the App or its source code
  • Create derivative works intended to replicate or compete with EDT
  • Use EDT branding, name, or assets without permission

Viewing source code in the browser does not grant a license to reuse it.

2. License to Use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Elite Dividend Tracker for your own personal or internal use.

This license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

3. Data & Privacy (Local-First)

Elite Dividend Tracker is a local-first application:

  • Your portfolio data is stored locally in your browser or app storage
  • No user accounts are required
  • No portfolio data is transmitted to EDT servers by default

You are responsible for exporting backups if you wish to preserve your data across devices, browser resets, app reinstalls, or storage clearing.

4. Pro Features & Payments

Some features are designated as Pro and require payment. Website purchases may be processed by Stripe. Native iOS purchases, when available, are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

  • EDT does not store your full payment card details
  • A successful verification or entitlement check is required to unlock Pro features
  • Restore flows may be used to re-enable Pro on another device

Abuse, tampering, or attempts to bypass Pro verification may result in loss of access.

5. No Financial Advice

Elite Dividend Tracker is provided for informational and tracking purposes only.

Nothing in the App constitutes:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment recommendations
  • Tax or legal guidance

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

6. Availability & Changes

The App is provided “as is” and may change at any time.

EDT may:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Adjust pricing or Pro offerings
  • Update these terms as the product evolves

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Dividend Tracker shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses
  • Data loss
  • Investment outcomes
  • Service interruptions
  • Errors or inaccuracies in projections

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Termination

This license may be terminated if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
