Portfolio & financial data

Elite Dividend Tracker is local-first. Your holdings, dividend schedules, quantities, projections, and settings are stored in your browser (local storage) and are not uploaded to Elite Dividend Tracker by default.

Payments (Pro)

If you purchase Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. Elite Dividend Tracker does not store your credit card details. Stripe may collect information in accordance with their own policies.

Purchase verification

To verify Pro access, the app may send a Stripe Checkout Session ID (cs_…) to a verification endpoint. This request is used only to confirm your Pro status and does not include your portfolio data.

Analytics & tracking

Elite Dividend Tracker does not sell your data and does not include advertising trackers. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated.

Your control

Clearing your browser storage will remove your locally stored data. Export backups if you want to preserve your data across devices or resets.

1) Use of the app

Elite Dividend Tracker is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying all information and making your own decisions.

2) No warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Elite Dividend Tracker is not responsible for losses, damages, or missed opportunities that may result from using the app.

3) Local-first storage

Your portfolio data is stored locally in your browser. If you clear browser storage or switch devices without a backup, your data may be lost.

4) Pro purchases

Pro payments are handled by Stripe. Subscription management (including cancellation) is available through Stripe’s customer portal when supported. Refunds, if any, follow the policies shown at checkout.

5) Intellectual property

Elite Dividend Tracker’s name, branding, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the app or its code without permission.

6) Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
